I'm not an engineer, but I'd say if they were allowed to sway because of that, there'd be more chance of collapsing. Although, cranes do move horizontally, so that motor bit there might allow a bit of slack or something.Barnz wrote:Is it so they dont twist there supports and collapse? Just a thought
