Went and had a look at the mental hospital. It is now being renovated into an old folks home. There are tradies in there everyday.
The power station was just as barren as ever though and had a great couple of hours inside. There has been stories on the news that they are going to turn the place into posh apartments. Hopefully not anytime soon though.
Heading south of the city this weekend. Might check out the fun park that got left alone.

Relatively new here but had a small crew in Sydney back in the day. Not a lot of people active here and drains are minimal. A lot of the spots I know have been torn down and are being turned into apartments. But yeah, i'll hang around here for a bit and see what we come up with.

I was taken to this site by Bangers, we had a look but "high risk" with so many eyes on the place!
I read through all the comments and couldn't stop laughing at the fact the tradies that built it left "Sausages and s***" in walls ! as they were told what to eat by the Oswalds (owners) who were Indian!!!
I have heard of this type of shenanigans before by builder friends, they used to cement tie bottles in chimney stacks upside down! so when a fire or natural draught went up the chimney it would howl like a ghost!!!!!! - just to piss off tight arse's who wouldn't pay on time!

It's the same reason I backed out, way too many soccer mum's with eyes out the window. May be because I rolled up to scope it on the motorbike.

Nice stuff. If you go through that document it will provide some very useful hints. Perth drains are great.
