Each there own though.
Its far from crap. If you're familiar with the history of zombie cinema and have dabbled with Romero's zombie legacy, and the Italian splatterfests of the 70's and 80's including the good ones like Lucio Fulc's Zombie Flesh Eaters, The Beyond, House by the Cemetery, and the very bad ones (Zombi III, Nightmare City (lol), Zombie Holocaust, Buried Alive) blah blah blah, then you're able to identify that Shaun of the Dead is a masterpiece of a parody and spoof of its own genre whilst at the same time being able to deliver entertainment through a well written script but personally I don't like comedy and if there is anything enjoy less than comedy, it'd be Brit comedy.

I've only ever seen Shaun of the Dead once and I thought it was a very accurate and clever parody of the zombie genre but I liked that directors follow up Hot Fuzz much much much more. I like the social anxieties and deterioration of a zombie dominated world so I like it done seriously. Example: Day of the Dead ;)

What I have always remembered about Shaun of the Dead is near the opening where where the fat guy comes up to the people at the bar after they were talking about him being abrupt (or something) and he says "do any of you cunts... want a drink?"

I see where you're coming from KTO. I guess I'm not a Zombie aficionado. I do agree with Hot Fuzz being funny a f*** to. But I'm a bit partial to Brit comedy seeing as I hail from that area.

And while I'm being educated...why are people of Italian heritage called "WOG"?
I've been lead to believe that this is an acronym for "worthy oriental gentleman".
Forgive all the questions but somethimes I just wonder about these coloquial expressions and there relevence/origin etc. plus the forum seemed a bit quiet, so yeah, think I need some sleep or something
Good night

Since this is the chatting thread thought i might make a post of something significant

last night me and 4 others where exploring from Martin place turn back towards redfern station
the plan was go in through martin place exit through redfern although we never got that far.

After crawling under the platforms at martin place about half way we heard 2 beeps very distinctively
ive done this tunnel 4 times and crawled under the same place and never heard such thing although we continued,
After reaching the pillars at town hall we moved into the left tunnel through the pillars and hid in the last manhole towards town hall station. there was a cleaner mopping on the platforms we waited patiently for him to leave when the worst possible sight becomes visible 3 PTC officers speaking to the man we proceeded to s*** ourselves and wait patiently they turned there back towards us and we ran,ran like forest gump would be an understatement.

then A shout in from the platform ......."Oi You On the tracks ...GET BACK HERE.....!!!
If they thought i was going back they got buckleys we ran back under the platforms across the bridge from domain to kings cross station jumped a 4m high fence got to my "dungeon" (bong room) And then when we thought we had outdone the police and pulled undoutably one of the most daring chases i look for my phone and its no where to be found along with my other mate who also lost his phone we wait... patiently see 4 paddy wagons rock up infront of my block of units which is not uncommon as the closest servo for the police is across my place and the police always go there. at about 5:00am Police came to my house dropped both phones off and left me with and ultimatum that i have till Wednesday till decide What path ill be taking....

So That Was My friday night
Buckled as hell

Wow. That's hardcore. I love the stealth missions.
They may have beams installed or a sneaky cam. Next time bring a can of hair spray :) and FLIR device if you have one.
