The problem is that if the bots register themselves via the database directly, then it's no good, but it should keep up all the noobots out.

nope.

However just pruned/deleted users with less than 1 postcount. we now o ly have 320 members

314 users have 0 posts. Total users is 532. That's 59%. Not as bad as last time, but I think constant maintenance won't hurt.

Surprisingly, after we prune the forums i get a couple of people approach me with questions as to why their accounts arent working. Never understood people who lurk around for 5 months without posting up a "boo" at least.

it's not hard to do a quick post when you first get access, pruning seems more in line with getting rid of spam-bots than anti-social lurker

I do use the c*** word a fair bit. As far as words go, it's one of my favourites. Probably up there with some of my other favourite words to use such as "the" and "it".

I even have a t-shirt that says the c*** word. Actually, so does LB. What a sick c***.

urgh, I should probably stop swearing.
