Homestead in Midland

There is an old federation homestead on Great Northern Hwy, does anyone know the name of the place. It has been trashed, but still some good bits to photogragh.

my sis lived in midland when she moved back to perth a few years ago, altho the part she was in seemed pretty dodgy..

Where is this one? I drove past what looked like and abandoned building tonight in my lawley area. corner scarboruogh beach road and london st I think. Was fenced off with natale security service signs all over it but houses are near by so not sure what the go is.

When I helped to run an Australian Urbex site, people were invited to contribute pics to it, someone who'd explored it posted me a whole load of pics, not sure if it's a hard place to get into but I can post em here if anyone's interested?

Doesn't appear to be difficult to get into, it's in a residential suburb with regular fences around it. The biggest concern would be neighbours seeing you going in and calling the police.

The site 3 days ago, it looks like it could be done, but it's most likely you would be spotted at some stage...

Not even a single tag, but then it's a really nice suburb. You get get some amazing photos of it at night if you could freely shine as much light around as you wanted, without worrying about the police showing up.

I kinda know where that is, and thinking about doing it. Back to the original topic, in August the homestead had been reduced to a pile of rubble. I did do a detailed explore a few months beforehand.

Am heading over to Perth for new years.
Is the Taj still there and accessable? Also Old Midland Rail Workshops, The Freo Power station and a mysterious Fire station getting ready for demo are others I have heard about. Any info on these?

Jumped over the font fence in the middle of the day and nobody batted an eyelid so I guess it is a regular occurance.

Its not very interesting inside, although would be impressive when finished. I am a little surprised that there is no graff either.

Was there just last month, went there middle of the day with a friend.
the place is in really good shape considering, I wouldn't be surprised if ud told me tradies were guno rock up tomoz to plaster the ceiling n fit in the windows
Only saw one graffiti tag on the stairwell
