I found this very interesting and thought I'd share it with you. Anyone been down there/know anything about it?

You all might be disappointed though. All evidence seems to suggest a couple of normal basement levels with parking and cells. The basement levels extend between under Brisbane Square, possibly between the two court buildings.
If you check the area on Google maps right now (old, old image) you can see the extent of the excavation in the area.
Courts can be mostly accessed by the public anyway.
As for cell access, I'll flick an email to whom it concerns, and see what is possible.
