quick google search revealed this:

In Maldon by the looks of it it follows to Douglas Park and then somewhere else.

Long way to go just to visit a 80m tunnel that goes nowhere, best done if you happen to be in the area. And that area has been overgrown since those pix were taken, it's harder to get to than it looks.

I second that. There's not much to it. Railpage vic has some pictures of it somewhere.
