Harris Street- Central to Pyrmont manholes?

They are sometimes lit, and you can see the light from them seeping throug manhole covers and grates.
Often the manhole covers are locked and/or alarmed.

Ok hope this works! This is on the left hand side of the street heading from Central to Pyrmont.
