Dear UEGA members,

Time has flew by so fast that we didn't even realise that UEGA has just turned 1 :)

We hope that in this time you have enjoyed these forums and met other like-minded people in this tight and small hobby/style of living.

If you have a couple of coins laying around (Cyber coins) it would be most appreciated if you threw some our way to help pay for domain and server fees, due to this site running without any sponsors or income.

It is not a must, but is highly appreciated.

(Also, money orders, you just hand in the order and get $$$. At least that's how I think they work... :lol:)

What is your target amount? It helps to know. Are you aiming for $100, $500, $1000?

If there's something that's not too hard to organise i'll send you fifty bucks! and i'm sure others that aren't in the paypal club shall put their bit in too if there was another option.... (paypal is very hard to organise at this end, not trying to sound like a smartarse)

Since when is Paypal hard to set up?

The website target at this stage is $100 per year untill jt get more busy and we require a server upgrade.

Anything that is extra will go towards production of stickers, UEGA bbq, shirts etc etc.

If paypal is no good then please let me know other methods prefered? I dont feel comfortable with posting my first and last name along with my personal bank accoubt details for the world to see :(

The hardest part is hooking up a bank account and credit card to it.


People I know either pay direct at your next meet-up (to Titan) or to someone who does use PayPal.

Quite often we'll get 6 or 7 pool their donation/fees/charges and PayPal it through.

Never use the account in which your pay goes into for online stuff. Have a second account for that & maintain a minimal balance until you need to use it (buying crap off Fleabay etc).

Either way, I'll sling ya a few bucks when we meet.

Since I have had a negative balance, they froze my account and are making it extremely difficult to even correct the situation, let alone trying to pay anyone else...

I have never deposited money into my Paypal account, the balance is always zero. I have linked a debit card to the account & whenever I make a purchase Paypal just takes the exact money (no fees) from that card.
