Its very very good!

You need to be mindful of this: (bear with me for this explanation - it will make sense when you do it)

There is a new square concrete section of pipe with an old section cut into the side - its about 1.2m off the ground - if you climb into that and walk along you'll get to the bigger blasted sections that you have probably seen photos of and by following that you'll get all the way to the outfall.

If you don;t do this and follow the new concrete section IIRC it just gets smaller until you get to a ~450mm RCP and it doesn't go any further..

Great, thanks for the info! Saves trudging all the way up a shrinker for nothing lol. I'll be sure to get plenty of pics to share.

Just a wild shot in the dark here, but getting back to the original topic - Would abseiling possibly be an option to get into this b!tch? Assuming you can find the top of the chamber. Cos it would be pretty badass!!

We had a look around a few weeks ago in the CBD, and could possibly be on the trail to this. After taking a look at some rather interesting above ground features I would say that abseiling might be out of the question, assuming that this chamber is well covered. I could be wrong though!

I've been doing some groundwork, and looking at drainage maps etc. in search for this (assuming it is actually part of the drainage system), but I fear I am barking up the wrong tree.

On the bright side, in looking around, I found an handy upstream entrance in Spring Hill to what I think is 100th but it could be '73, I'm not entirely sure. PM me if you'd like details.
Have been extremely busy and haven't had time to go underground for some time now, and will not be able to in the near future either : /
