If you're keen on joining a Vic underground group:

Get in touch with the Tunnel Toads via IG, they'll be active this summer
Cave Clan is approachable via email, though they may take longer to get back.

Reach out to both (via Google search) and see which one suits you better. There's a lot of member overlap.
