Hey there, I've been looking around numerous places for the past couple years and even drew out my own map of the sewage system in some spots where it was wide enough for a human to squat under spots of sydney, I've gotten to the point where I've explored most of the main map floating around in the sydney area (drain map I think its called) and was wondering if anyone had any abandoned malls or schools they could PM me, I love abandoned malls and schools overall but they're a dime a dozen in sydney currently. Especially the one mallthat has always bugged me, I've seen evidence that people CAN get into the abandoned caringbah south mall as occasionally there are some bottles I see through the window, but I have ZERO clue on how to get in... I've scoped around all of the bottom, no drain pipes in the area that have been touched within years for entrance and its boarded up completely, only way I can imagine getting in is through the roof with a rope...
I'd also really not want to break the glass to get in as A) its on the highway and B) I try my best to leave no trace or mess at my places.
Anyways, thats all from me for now, if someone could help me with this superniche spot please do!
(P.S similarly nearby there is the westfield miranda mall which is by no means abandoned but does have a semi abandoned undergound area with tons of graffiti and that, I found my way into 3 of the rooms via a hole in the glass near the church side, one of the fire escapes and by climbing over the fence in the sprinkler valve room, if anyone could help me out with any other places under it please do
.)
Most of the of places like cambelt own were amazing but great things only last so long, most schools are pretty far up of north Sydney, most of them are still some what of a building, but there are heaps of places like Wollongong's (barely) Mansion (pretty popular, all the apartments and shops like rows and rows at Hornsby, and some closer to the city with abandoned boat houses or whatever. There is a hospital somewhere close but ill have to try find the addy.
There's a few schools but none of them are really untouched anymore. There are a couple of small disused schools out a while away from the city but nothing really worth seeing Most malls have been demolished unfortunately. If you know how to find untouched houses that might help because Sydney has a lot of those. Caringbah Marketplace was accessible years ago but I haven't seen anybody go in there recently. If you wan't help finding some places you can pm me but I won't give out a lot.
