went to Mackas just now noticed that it was deeper than usaual with like mercky water running through the entrance of the drain, went to the crossover pipe towards hexadus and it was just completely flooded. no rain on the rader and it looked very polluted with all sorts of stuff flowing through it

Sometimes there will be illegal dumping of wastewater (laundry and construction services are the worst) or flushing out of fire-service tanks that dislodge any garbage collected in smaller pipes. It can be a bit scary if you are up a pipe with no real exits.
