Hey everybody, William here. I've been on the fence about getting into urbex for the past two years and have finally decided it's something I want to get into. I think that creating an account here will prove to be a good first step in gaining the proper knowledge to achieve this goal.
I don't know many other people that would be interested in urbex so hopefully I can form some connections in these forums so I don't have to take my first steps into this risky hobby alone (although I am open to solo adventures with the right amount of preparation and research). I welcome any hints and tips about urbex in general and locations around Sydney and the rest of NSW. Peace

Good luck William.
Sydney has a vibrant exploration scene, although, as with comes with the nature of the activities people usually prefer to run within their pre-established cliques and/or circles.
Solo exploring is generally fine. Just tell someone where you are going, or at least the general locality incase something happens.
