Gday guys hows it going?
New to the world of Urbex but Im keen to get started. Does anyone know of anywhere cool in Newcastle as a starting point? (I live in Lake Macquarie). Also curious if anyone has every found anything cool exploring etc?

Hey, I live south of Newcastle and traveling to Sydney or Newcastle shouldn't be too much of an issue. I'm really new to Urbex, so I was wondering if anyone knew a starting point around this area. I've heard of Hexham, and 3-4 other places in Sydney, but I would love to hear what people think about newbie starting locations. I also have 3 or so mates who are also interested although one is more serious about it than the other.
