Hi. Sorry for the late reply im just getting used to this platform. Long story short i was planning on doing an urbexing tour of kiev but ended up injuring myself and couldn't go. I really loved Kiev. I could easily live there too
So out of interest what made you move to Ukraine Lara?

I don't actually live in Kyiv, I'm in the East - city called Dnipropetrovsk. Long story short, I wrote my thesis on 'The Appeal of Totalitarian Regimes' so when a job opportunity came up here, naturally I took it. It's been an interesting first hand experience to say the least. Still haven't made it out to Pripyat myself, life's gotten in the way somewhat. Aiming for September. About every second building here is abandoned it seems though.
