What is this?

Just curious as to what this is or could be? I always pass it and I'm curious as it has a "warning" sign on it saying 'confined spaces, keep out.' or something similar.

Possibly pumps inside. Always be wary of structures with confined space warnings. The air inside might not support life.

Ah okay then. Yeah well its pretty much low to the ground or half in the ground and doesnt look like anyway to access it anyway.

This is near the dirt carpark (if you know of it) near mitsubishi.
Only one I have seen/noticed around anyway.
