Baxter is just a name I thought sounded really cool to go with my first name, which I don't mind sharing.

that was based on half an hour of flicking around various accounts, just the general impression instagram left on me. have to say there are some talented photogs out there though

Why do you think I share photos? Am I looking for fame? Maybe. But mostly I share them because they are memories. Beautiful moments in time that make me smile and I hope they make others smile. Instagram is just one of many hundreds of platforms. Just because I prefer instagram over flickr doesn't make me a bad person. My pictures rarely have quotes on them either and if they do they represent my feelings. Why mock it just because you don't like it? If you could get rid of instagram all together would you? Would you deny millions of people what makes them happy because you don't like it? Open your eyes, not everyone is ever going to agree on everything but where is the point in opposing it. Let's use gay marriage as a very distant example. Do you also oppose that? For what purpose? I believe that everyone should do whatever is going to make them happy in life as long as it does not adversely affect someone elses version of happiness. Of course that cannot be, not in this world we live in. But that does not mean that you have to be one of those people. If kids post pictures to instagram with showboat quotes and whatever else does that affect the way you wake up in the morning? If guys start marrying guys and so on does that affect the way you go to sleep at night? Enjoy your version of reality but understand that we all have different versions.

i havent read that in full, and i hadnt actually looked at your instagram, dont take it personally, it really wasnt aimed at anyone or any group of photogs ie urbex in particular
the hoodie was the only urbex-related item in that list, food, dogs, whatever, just seemed like most pics were already good pics with the same 2-3 filters applied
