hey, just making an introduction
15 looking for some nice places to take photos of and climb. I'm fairly new to urbex, been doing research on some places but there hasn't been an opportunity to check them out. If anyone wants to give some tips on where to start it'd be appreciated.
Thanks! :D

Probably should reword your intro. "Freeloaders" are shouted down very quickly around here. On a brighter note; welcome!
Another Melbournian. Yay. Let's hope you stick around. Too many times do I see people sign up, log in a few times and then you never see them again.
I'd suggest you go and check out whatever places it is you've been doing research on. If time is really as limited for you as you seem to make out it wouldn't be any use for any of us to give you locations anyway. Go check out whatever you've got in mind, get some pictures, share them and start making some friends in the urbex community.
Also go check me out on instagram @urbex.echo (shameless advertising haha)
I'm usually happy to explore with new people. I don't do rooftops though, which you have listed as your primary interest. I'm more a drains, bridgerooms and abandoned buildings guy. May be doing something in a couple of weeks with some people. Stick around and keep an eye on the Melb's Random Meetup section of the forums.
Cheers, Echo.
