Hey guys,

Just wondering if anyone knows anything about the old house in Macgregor, its 2 stories, visible from Kessels Rd Highway, popular spot for graffers but still worth a look from what I've heard.

Anyone?

Really? When? That's a shame. I've always wanted to explore there.

Several months ago. The Russian couple who lived there sold it in 2011 and the company/new ownership taking over was supposed to be building the surrounding properties to flatten them and turn them into townhouses which never happened, instead, the neighbours on the other side were flattened for a road expansion so after the said road expansion it was exposed to the main road and graffed/looted heavily.

If you want to see what it was like, I think the most accurate documentations of that location would be these two following links:

This was before expansion of the road.

This is after the expansion of the road.

Then there is this guy, who found the blueprints to the houses design.

I did an expo of it a maybe a month before it got demolished. The upstairs was pretty gutted from the fire but there was still pretty cool. Downstairs was absolutely full of all kinds of possessions from the old owners, some photo negatives and albums along with a lot of books and vinyl records.

I will check out my old hard drive and see if I had my camera or GoPro and ill post up some pics

Actually drove past it on Thursday last week coming back from the coast, saw the old site where it was. Sad :(

Yeah I wanted to go back and do some light painting in there. Would have been dope with all of the burnt supports and stuff.
