Hi all.
I'm Bambi new to the whole exploration stuff. Love abandoned buildings, railways and anything with a lot of history behind it also love photography.
Looking to explore and learn new things about doing so without finding myself in trouble :p
Have no photos at the moment may have some tomorrow :)
Not interested in graffiti hate it actually there's no point in defacing beautiful things.

Any tips on different photo angles to go with to make it look better is appreciated :)

Welcome to the forum :) As for camera angles, just play around with things and I'm sure you'll find a style you like. Personally, I like low angle shots, either front-on or from an angle of at least 30 degrees. It's best to find your own style though, same with photo adjustments :)

hey bambi :D

welcome to UEGA, hope you stick with us here for a while aha

im also syd based, and theres a random meetup thread somewhere on here, so if youd like to keep tabs on that to go explore with some more experienced people then thats probably the go-to

as for photog tips, i try to capture the most interesting and intimate details of things, provide a different perspective of a place, and try to emphasize the shadow and darkness of an object so whatever allows me to do that is what i go for. the best way to develop skills is to find the things you appreciate in different photographs, and try take inspiration from as many people as possible, and experiment with their techniques and modify them until youve created your own style. obviously this takes time and work, so seize any photography opportunity you can, regardless of whether or not the subject is an exploration one or not
I'm just here for free booze

Thanks all :)
I posted my photos from the tunnels last night, Helensburgh Tunnels is the thread :)

I'm mainly into animal photography. I haven't tried a lot with different places now that I've discovered the land of exploration I'm going to start trying different things and find ways to make photos look good in one way or another.
Thank you for the tips x
