Starting to make a habit out of these late night explores

Showed some mates around Guy Fawkes before checking out some abandoned office blocks. Unfortunately one of the buildings was mostly stripped, but the rooftop was still cool and there was enough stuff still there to kill a couple of hours. Didn't check out the other building that is linked to it, although I imagine it's stripped too. Will have to check it out tomorrow night.

Should post these up in the Random Urban Exploration Photography thread.
Might make a thread at the end of the week with summary pics of our explores from the week :) Haven't been taking that many photos unfortunately, my camera sucks at point and shoot and I can't be bothered to set up my tripod for a mediocre subject

I can never light up the scene properly using just my light source, I feel the need to expose it properly :d At least in drains, I can't be bothered with grainy photos. But yeah, I'm probably just doing it wrong xD

Just lost all my photos from the night nooo! Oh well, had a good little play around with the new torch in a pretty decent drain. Nothing interesting, just a nice, no bullshit drain. Checked out some old shops which were emptied out and trashed, nothing much to see. Did find a roll of "Danger asbestos" tape there though, which is cool. Running Recuva now, but I think I likely corrupted the files. Executed it in a highly infected sandbox :/

I used Photorec and recovered every shot and some from before I formatted, That's what amazed me, just goes to show files are not quite deleted when you think!!!!

Good lock getting them back

I know I'm shocking :c
Was messing around in a virtual environment with some malware and forgot to launch the SD card on the main machine. So then really quickly all the files became corrupted, most recent to least recent. Completely my bad... thankfully I only lost 5 or 6 decent ones.

Well, depending on your card reader.
I don't compensate for shitty hardware.

All card readers offer some degree of access. The right kind of malware will tear through that stuff easily, regardless of quality
