Tips for finding new sites - Page 2
Like I just said, sometimes it's useless but I've located several Melbourne (and NZ) addresses this way because it lets me search outside social media. Just because the image is strictly hashtagged doesn't mean it isn't featured elsewhere on the interwebs in greater detail. Does that make sense? All it would really help with is finding the urbex name for that location in the pic. To repeat myself, I've found several Melbourne addresses - actual addresses for places I had no prior knowledge of and have never visited - using a reverse image search.

Oh Come on it had a smiley face after it, you do realize that that's the online indicator of a joke right? And I hope it has helped ya find new places to explore, but there's tons of better ways to find locations, but no probs you stick to Google reverse pic search lol.

Fact is that when all the best locations were discovered (Maze, Swoo, Fortress, Anzac, all the bunkers etc) there was no such thing as Google reverse image search or even Google itself.
The best way still to find stuff is to get out there.
