Super keen for this. Assuming I can meet at a given location (like, a starting point), I won't need my own mode of transportation, correct?
Also, pet friendly? Like, I can bring my cat? :3

Best to sort out car spaces/lifts before the expo, you will need to drive between some of the locations.

Ok thanks for the advice. I'll be getting a bus up to Sydney but from there I'll need to pool with someone. I'm willing to pay for petrol and all that, so if anyone wants to let me tag along with them, it'd be much appreciated. Additionally, if anyone is staying at a hotel for the Saturday and Sunday night, I'd be down to go splits in that too. If anyone is interested, let me know. :)

If you can get to the first location, you should be able to find a seat in someone's car to get between the locations.
Just depends how many drivers turn up, but it's not usually an issue.

I forgot to add that you must be over 18yo to attend. I wont be checking ID's, but if you seem and act immature you will be asked to leave.
Sorry, I don't make the rules.
You can catch a bus to within 1km of the meeting location. You can walk from there or organise to be picked up.

If you plan on attending make sure you bring along plenty of drinking water (1.5lt etc) and some snacks. We'll be going for a few hours and there's no shops or water taps nearby.

Also bring along a torch or 2, and maybe a camera and spare shirt and socks (optional). Auroguard (insect repellant) also comes in handy when out in the bush.

DO NOT bring any tools, textas, or spray paint.
If you bring a camera, no pix of people's faces unless you get permission first.

If you're gonna bring a pet, make sure you can control it, no vicious dogs etc. :)

If you're coming all the way from Can-beer-ah you may wanna bring spare shoes and sox Phytrix and some wet weather gear...
BOM wrote:Sunday: Cloudy. Very high (95%) chance of rain. Possible heavy falls. Winds southeasterly 15 to 25 km/h increasing to 25 to 40 km/h early in the morning then turning southerly 20 to 30 km/h in the early afternoon.

Were not doing any drains, just muddy bunkers. :)
Might end the night with an impromptu party in a bunker.

Cool man looking forward to it, I'll be sure to bring some spare gear :) Sucks that it's going to be raining, but at least that won't impact the bunkers :3

Shoot him a text, I'd say he'd still be down for rsvps. Alternatively, I can ask him in a few minutes when he picks me up (thank you based blakjak)

It's clearing up around here, sunshine all morning. It might rain later though, and there will be mud, lots of it. Bring spare footware and socks.
