Seems like a meetup about to be planned. I'd say something on a day off like meet at Newcastle and then head down to Sydney? Or would that be too much of a trek.

I'd be keen, but would probably need to scab a ride if we go to Newey haha.. My car is out of action indefinitely.

Wish I could do it and show you what I've seen last year. Lots to see up in Newy, you just need to know where to look.

Too busy keeping an eye on what is left of our old house that I grew up in now that it is finally gutted and abandoned.
Just a harmless explorer. No need to waste taxes checking me ;)

Eh, I just sold mine. Would it be too hard with a train up there and walking around? Or even bring a bicycle.

You always find the best spots. So what's happening to your house? A bit of DIY abandonment?

Or use it as tag bait, install a couple GoPros around the place. Speaking of, does NSW police still offer rewards for catching graffiti artists? Make some dough. Though I'm of the opinion that while taggers should be kicked in the nuts, but actual artwork should even be encouraged in appropriate places eg. drains.

It won't be as convenient, but perhaps more fun. We could make this work. Do you have a bicycle, Sini?

Awesome, so we all got the free travel handled. Hopefully we can reach a bunch of places on our bikes. Sini as long as you don't mind, that would be absolutely fantastic. Though in that case, do we bring our bikes along or what?

We could pretend to be in a third world country and ride on top. ;)

Those photos look good. All within riding distance you say? Hm. Oh, so how long would the Newcastle stuff take? Should we do a Sydney explore on the same day or would that be pushing it? I don't have a lot of free days and we should probably organise something in the first week of February so I can take a day or two off.

Of course alternatively, we could be hardcore and camp out in an abandonment or cheap hotel. :D

Probably would want to do seperate days depending on access. If traveling by bike or car id say it would be 3/4 of a day in exploring, photos and general travell between places.

Separate days it is. Knowing how long sometimes I take composing photographs, it's probably a smart idea. Haha. Can we all list our free days so I can do some organising ahead of time?
