Hi everyone! I'm a beginner explorer, spending most of my time geocaching actually, which has lead me to some really cool locations. I've been here and there in Brisbane (where I live) but I'm up visiting family in Cairns for Christmas time and will be on the lookout for some spots to explore. Unfortunately a lot of places have been demolished recently so it's making the hunt difficult (suggestions are super welcome!)

I only have the photos from an asylum visit on me at the moment but I'll be uploading some from my visit to an arts college when I return home.





My main interests are abandoned residences, businesses, factories, and schools. Not huge on drains or mines, but might be encouraged if I'm able to tag along with a more experienced explorer.

Willkommen, there may be some brisbane drain trips organised in the new year. While those two places are fairly well known, its still a good idea to be a little cryptic when posting names, for future reference

Yeah I wasn't too sure about posting place names - those two places have been so fairly frequented though it seemed like it'd be okay. I'll keep that in mind for future places though, thanks.
