For the third time in two days, I've noticed a random "middle eastern" man in a park/playground, with earbuds in, talking on a mobile phone. Coincidence?

3 Different parks, 3 different guys, all within probably 5km
This one is lounging on exercise equipment.
The last two (yesterday) were pacing back and forwards near playground type areas.

Just thought it odd.
Anyone seen anything similar perchance?
