I'm 16 and just find Urban Exploration a fun hobby, and a good way to spend the weekend with friends.
I'm fairly new to Urban Exploration, most of my experience has been in underground tunnels, an abandoned indoor swimming center and the occasional derelict house.
I'm from Cranbourne/Langwarrin/Frankston area in South East Melbourne, I understand most good exploration spots are kept hush hush, but if you're feeling generous send me a message.

Only place I have heard of in that area is the obvious one next to Seaford station but was locked up when I went. It didnt look that interesting anyway.
