Have an extra torch and be aware of the waterfalls/drops.

There are also maybe one or two step-irons/rungs missings from various drops, I think the first one (furthest upstream, left side looking down).

I was just there last week, there is some construction going on around the entrance which means it's tough to get in on week days, but weekends should be fine. Luckily for me my life was made easy cause they just left the gate open and unlocked so I could walk right in!

Hercs isn't going to go away soon.

Just do abandos when it rains. Despite losing Wisdom and the complex, there are still more on my list. Pm me for more details.

Could get dicey in a drain when it rains. That's obvious

Better to stay topside. Besides, abandoned buildings are an endangered species now. You wanna do them before you kick yourself when it gets flattened, burnt down, laced with seccas, boarded up etc... So for those reasons, there is no excuse for holding off abandos.

I've always preferred construction sites to modern abandoned buildings. anything built after the 70's doesn't interest me that much

I'm just glad most of the ones I've found were built before that period ie: the research complex down at our place being demolished actually was built in the 1950-60s for the government, even though the buildings look dull and modern, but inside was interesting as there are both old and new bits inside so you can track the history. I know I keep on banging on about it but just can't help myself.

But I think there are some industrial ones from the 70s-80s that are still worth exploring. Also how would you find out when the building was built? Other than looking at the building materials (ie: building built before 1970 mainly used heavier and denser bricks), most of them look surprisingly the same anyway.
