The place is currently fenced off in an (inactive?) construction site. The land has been purchased recently though, according to the sign out front.
The first house was seemingly empty but in suprisingly good condition. (No interior graffiti or serious vandalism)
The second house was also in good condition, but with a few squatters living there. I spoke to one, he seemed normal enough, but I didn't want to hang around too long
