I've seen this place a few times passing through on the bus, decided to finally check it out today. (It is in a very visible location, on the main road (anzac pde).
It is fenced up as a construction site, but I haven't seen any active construction going on there. Easy to get into, no worries there.
It is fairly trashed, the top floor has pigeons living there and the ground is covered in their poo
