It's got some really cool features, most notably for long exposures, I've been lugging around a remote trigger with a built in timer that allows me to do long exposures more than 30 seconds, and has a built in timer & intervalometer. Magic Lantern makes it redundant. I can set all this stuff up on the camera (Arguably, as I should have been able to do all along
), including my 10+ minute long exposures, and doing it over time intervals too (Intervalometer).It's a bit scary to flash your mutl-thousand dollar camera body with something other than legit FW, but it's worth it!
