Found an entrance to some sort of RCP drain.

Saw this while walking around the neighbourhood. It looks like a small RCP stormwater drain with a nice ladder leading down in the middle of quiet street. I haven't found any info about it, and I'm nowhere near experienced enough to explore it myself. If someone is willing to go have a look, PM me for the location.
