Yeah i was nilly not going to go up there cause of the burnt flooring but surprisingly it was way cleaner then the burntout hotel in Brisbane considering it's location

I’ve known where this is for ages but I’ve never bothered to go cause I’ve heard stories of people getting chased out by junkies and homeless people. Does this happen?

I did see where homeless ppl would be sleeping but didn't see any....Most of the time homeless ppl go away from where they camp for the night and go back there at night time.

From my experience i have only ever run into junkies at night...except on one occasion when i explored the Nylex plastics factory when i ran into copper thieves burning paper to get the plastic off of the wires....i didn't confront them and moved around them and ended up crossing paths with one on the way out....just stand still they are more afraid of you than you are of them :P
