I can't even think of a non-dodgy non-drain at the moment, let alone one near a drain. Id say it'll be a drain

This is pretty much the only (interesting) non-dodgy non-drain I can think of at the moment

. Happens to be very close to an open drain junction

. I'm not sure how hard it is to get in and out of the drain via the junction though as it is fenced, might be a bit difficult.
