They might get charged with "unregulated dangerous activities". I'm not aware of anyone (stupid teens or hardened explorers) being charged in Brisbane before?

where'd you see that? all i read was that they're cool with it as long as it's not raining..

The message is quite clear, if there is a storm water drain and it has been raining don't enter it, it's too risky
