Saw 2Biased's photos from around the Story Bridge and thought I'd post some from around the area. Not amazing but I was pretty happy with them and I was very surprised at how well the basic compact camera performed! Still a beginner at photography so feedback would be great!

4. This one was a little experiment. Got close to a water feature and shot it so it kinda looked like the river. Didn't think about it much but I'm going to try a few more as I like the concept :)

This is it xD: http://www.cnet.com/products/sony-cyber-shot-dsc-w35/#!
Don't worry I was pretty surprised too! I kinda just changed scene modes and set the ISO to 100 (the only setting I could change) and it occasionally did a slightly longer exposure :)

56MB of internal storage, enough for taking 16 full-res photos! This is actually kinda cool, no sarcasm here. Less storage = choosing your own shots more carefully, much like the film days. I've been trying to find a small SD card for my cameras since forever, and the smallest I can buy now is like 2GB, still too big.

It would be difficult for me to part with my awe inspiring, enviable camera, but if you like I guess I could bring myself to trade cameras with you xD
Haha you have got a point though. While digital has certainly made photography more accessible, shooting film (or with film-like capacity) completely changes your way of taking photos. Although in this case I cheated and took an sd card ;)
