Hi, I am fairly new to this but I've done a few things. I've done some roofs in Surfers Paradise and in Brisbane, I've been to a few drains (Darkie and a couple others). But I want to start exploring abando's more, I've only been to a Tafe.

Welcome, what have you seen? Any pictures to share of your explores?

The one in Seven Hills, currently being knocked down. Not sure how much of it is left but I'll probably go have a look sometime this week.

I've grown quite sentimental about it lately since I went by one day and saw all the construction going on... makes you think.

When I first went there, there was some amazing graffiti - throughout time it was all disgraced with ugly throwies and various tags... my photos of that place are so bad, but still have that "amateur points photo in the dark with ISO too high" charm to them :)

I've been told there is on site security now.

Yeah, it's very sad how these abando's get destroyed by the ugly tags or reckless people just going in and trashing everything.
I have to agree with you - the graffiti used to be amazing. I've been hearing and seeing so many abandoned places getting destroyed due to construction which is extremely sad but I guess as time goes on, old ones get destroyed and new ones come up.

Exactly - in fact I find too many places these days. I try to keep locations off my list but they keep coming and coming ! Oh woe is me.

I've been longing for the demolition of the POS tafe at Morningside, its gross. I called it The Dirty One on my page for a reason but in saying that, it provides ventilation and doesn't result in you heading your way home with a mysteriously sore throat :)
