does anyone know "theinkedshooter" on instagram, explores heaps of abandoned places and does a lot of rooftops.
if anyone checks out his instagram, can anyone also identify any of the places he has been, abandonment wise.

cheers

I had a quick look. There aren't that many abandonments actually. I recognise some of them. There's a decent amount of rail and quite a few shots from what appears to be a helicopter cockpit as well!

I can only see a handful of abandos there. Gee I think I have done more abandos than he has! :)

Not going to count live rail or rooftops as I don't do them now due to work reasons...
Just a harmless explorer. No need to waste taxes checking me ;)

Did you recognize the train/tram yard? Pretty recent post. Or any you wouldn't mind shedding light on in a pm

You need to get out and have a look yourself man! Too many requests for locations will start to get old!

Also, the tram shed must be one of the most well known abandonments in Sydney!

Just wanted to say Tim Frawley/frawley33 of Abandoned Australia was lucky enough to explore with the inkedshooter:

Yup, instagram is the way to go for organising your urbex meetups even if the person you end up meeting could be really dodgy!

Its difficult to explain to people that asking for locations is not only irritating, but the fun in locations is doing the research and/or finding your own places. I've looked at heaps of places online and then been there and sure it was good to see it in reality but it was nowhere near as fun as finding something on the way home from work/college etc that I had no idea what I was going to find. Just to make is abundantly clear, no one is going to give you any location around here.

Try being a bit original and cough up some new material that no one has seen yet. I always enjoy looking at places online I (on the rare occasion) haven't been to.

People get different thrills from different things. Taking risks like that, for some, is worth it. There's no overarching urbex philosophy or code of conduct, people can do their own s*** and stretch the risks to the extreme if they wish.
