That's facinating. What a mamouth craft the Buran is. Such a shame they, apparently, didn't pursue the program.

It was probably Mr. Yeltsin's vodka bill that stopped it.

Yeah, Buran OK-GLI. They moved it out after the Sydney Olympics.
Panic had some photos of it IIRC,

I have photos of it somewhere, but when I saw it it was at Speyer, not quite the same, but would totally recommend.
