Thornleigh Maltings No More?

Revisited a month or two ago and a few ladders had mesh/fencing on them which covered an end. No worries- there was one without so we could get to the top (also the stairway wasn't blocked).

Anyway heard through the grapevine that it is going to be demolished very very soon (this month). Apparently locks and fences have already been put up (haven't gone to check though).

Good time to go if you haven't been yet (really nice abando). Also does anyone more in the loop have any info about this?

yeah the maltings are now patrolled by security, quite hard to get in.

I stopped by maybe just over two months ago and it was full of workmen. This was before they put up the permanent fencing etc.
