Urbex n00b in melb

Hey everyone, I'm a complete urbex n00b in Melbourne, and I have another mate my age that's also keen to tag along.
I've been reading about urbex for years, but never actually done any.
I'd be keen to check out drains, abandoned buildings, bunkers, and anything of the like.
I'm 30, male, and live in the outer east, near mt dandenong but can travel no probs.
If anyone is willing to take me and my mate out, feel free to reply

I live in melb too.... I wouldn't mind talking you out to places but I'm only 16. That's seems to make a lot of people change there minds...
