I'm lucky, worst injury is fairly minor. It would have to be either slipping over in dungeon (a drain) while walking down a slide and landing on my side fairly heavily. My elbow felt like it was broken for the next month and had a very large bruise on it.
Or stabbing my hand on some glass while climbing through a broken window at a factory.
Fairly minor injuries luckily.

I cracked my shoulder not too long ago when slipping in a drain. I've broken too many wrists so I now have a habit of tucking my arms away when I fall and hitting the surface with my side >.< Painful recovery but oh well

Broke 3 ribs when I had a slight tumble at Eye Of the Needle entry embankment in March last year...
Image
It sure made coughing, farting, and punching cones quite painful, but hey you wont see me complaining. :)

that makes the cut on my finger look like a scratch compared to that...

thankfully you were not killed :)

Nah there were about 10 ppl present but as I was the first one to descend the guy following me had to come down in a hurry to assist me. And even though I was ok for the 1st few mins and wanted to keep going with the explore (it was my expo), when the adrenalin wore off a few mins later I could barely breath so one of the guys there kindly offered to take me to hospital and I grudgingly accepted. I passed over expo guide duties to somebody else and insisted that rest continued on with the expo (which they did). I think I won an award for it.

I've had the odd cut, 2 broken bones (knee and foot - cripple for 2 months), and a few stitches on the melon, all due to urbex, but those ribs were certainly the most painful. And even though I still do dodgy stuff, I always use safety equipment (harness, ropes, etc).
No more Captain Risky for me as I have 3 kids that I have to get home to.

I got bitten by a dog at a factory at Chullora. No big deal really but its the only injury Ive had. Maybe Im not "full on " enough or maybe Im just too careful.

I've only had one involving a steel hatch, and now I'm super careful (pussy). Every time I remember that, my head hurts. Lol.

lol CLANG!!! I've copped a similar thing and have seen it happen to someone else as well. I think watching hurt more than copping it.

Be careful people.

Pretty lucky you didn't need it amputated.

I had a terrible headache after I went to climb a manhole shaft and smashed my head onto the lip of the shaft as I pulled myself up the first few rungs of the ladder. At the time I was more worried about trying to contain my pained expression from my exploring partner than the fact I'd probably just killed a good number of braincells.

Thanks for your concern. It was pretty touch and go there for a while but I managed to pull through ok. I didn't mention nearly getting throttled by the train from Glenbrook. I hadn't checked my timetable properly. :)

Yeah while doing the "bubble bubble" it really hurt, and then I coughed...

I went through 8 boxes of Endone and countless boxes of Panadol, I still have the scar but it's just a jagged line now.

BTW, if you tilt your head 90 degrees to the left the fresh scar looks like Marilyn Monroe's mouth...
