Oh man, so many rooftop BBQs on this place. You're a few years too late though,
It's still accessible in that it's open to the public,
Place has been done up really nicely,

The most interesting part of this building has to be the clock tower, which, lacks a clock. The building was built in 1924 and the clock tower was never finished, the plans to re-develop the Argus included adding the clock, it will be interesting to see if it ever eventuates.
