possible abondonment southeast brissy

Hi everyone,

I've got an idea in my head for a south east suburb abandonment about 2.5k out of the city. 3 or 4 stores high and has been occupied by numerous different business over the years. This is due to be demolished soonish so if any ones keen let me know. I'm not sure in regardes to security etc so some advice from some more experienced of you guys would be awesome. cheers

Daddyrat is referring to the now government owned Coorparoo Mall - it will have several high rises above it wih a transit station underneath hence the government owning it. It is currently going through demolition therefore has 24/7 on site security. It's a total health hazard inside, with pigeon poo and mould over everything. They recently disconnected the power and it should be noted there are PIR's everywhere.

Thanks for the intel KTO, ownership of the site would now have been handed to the developers. Was unaware of the PIRS etc, not sure if its a scare tactic but signs advising of guard dogs as well, there may well be better places to check out.
