I cant really see them including someone like that in the first place. What does uega have to do with a CC doc anyway? Havoc looks pretty young on checking some of the pics from instagram. I'd say he is another 16yo.
Not sure about tony/tubby1. He could be 17-18, is fairly tall for an asian and a skatehead. Wish I took a pic of him when I saw him last time - he is a bit camera-shy and quiet and now we know why.

On another note here's a reminder of Tubby1/Tonyrules history of attention-seeking behaviour that got him banned.
* Tagging Middle Head excavations and restore work.
* Tagging a certain sacred aboriginal site.
* Tagging inside active areas such as hotels/rooftops.
Edit: The first two is something he and his friends (Pesk/havoc et al) seems to constantly forget. And why we had to also ban havoc.

And a reminder for all members about UEGA's position on Grafitti/Tags/Vandalism, from our Code of Conduct:
"UEGA has no tolerance for these things, regardless of the present state of a site. Members found to be involved in such activities may be banned permenantly from the forum. Signing of 'guestbooks' is also not encouraged.
We ask that members do not bring paint or markers when exploring, or attending meets."

Saw the tags at the last UEGA expo when we were walking around the Middle Head bunkers and checking progress of the excavation/restoration. They actually tried to clean up some of the damage but it was very difficult as the tubby tag still showed up through the cream paint.
