Another day at the Telstra office.



They are a serious scam. I have been getting charged 400 - 500 bucks a month when my plan was $90 a month. They keep giving me the same bs excuses, but LOTS AND LOTS of other people experience the same problem. I've had mates who used to work for Telstra/Optus/etc and they can tell you - it is a scam.
My contract with those demons ends on Feb 28th.
