Lately i've been hooked on FLC2 (frontline commando) by Glu. Unfortunately the game is filled with bugs on a particulcar map that the game frequently hangs on in PVP events mode so my progress always stalls. The bug has hung around for months as far as I know and when I see the map well I can kiss my game goodbye. Their support dept seem to be in india and take forever to reply. I requested they cancel all events until the issue is fixed but they aren't going to do it obviously because it is a money-spinner for them (advancing through the game requires either payment or waiting for 20 minutes each turn).
It's also got quite a few expensive in-app purchases. The special weapons cost in excess of 2000 Gold when they are available which is about US$60. Also I mentioned before advancing on the pvp match requires 8 gold (or $5 US) or 20 min wait.
There are free gold offers by viewing videos or sponsorpay but they don't earn enough even if you do IP switching using VPN apps. And I think sponsorpay has now worked out how to block VPN apps.
Anyway here's the tennis ball match with their support staff. They just don't seem to get it.
Note the oldest message - they said they had a fix, but later retracted the statement saying they have no time on the fix.

Sorry but that's just not good enough.
I just had the game crash again on the very same map. I was earning 3 area
points and winning when it happened. I've never advanced past 5 area points
because this map turns up on stage 3, 4 or 5 and crashes the whole game. What
should I do?
Unless you provide some sort of refund for us gamers reporting these issues and
taking screengrabs and vids, then I'm spending my time and money on real racing
instead. At least when that game crashes you can fill out a report form about
it!

It's still happening!!!!
I just lost my progress because of this. At level 3, stage 4. There goes another
3 points. I had played thru to the 3rd part and the "CONTINUE" button hung.
Had to do kill process of FLC2.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE ABORT THIS EVENT AND FIX THIS MAP ISSUE!!!!

Well I just encountered the same issue again. I was on level 5 stage 2 when it
happened and well on top of completing it when the damn map hung again. There
goes my lost points

That's my opinion. All the popular games are just about making a quick buck. Which is fair enough, but as per your example they lack customer service and quality assurance.
