Trouble registering

A friend of mine is having trouble registering here, unable to receive confirmation email.
So I did the stupid thing and tried to register for them twice with two different emails and both of them didnt receive confirmation emails. And yes I checked junk mail. So now the username they want is "in use" and I have run out of spare emails to use.
I've gone to recover password but username or email dont exist, but unable to register with those usernames or emails also. :(

The problem is that the web-server cannot send emails (be it registration confirmation or PM notices).
Hopefully it will be resolved soon.

Titan has been busy lately but won't go into details (Titan - if you are reading this apologies for spilling the beans).

And I've also been busy at work so can't spend too much time here now. Don't worry - I'll still try my best to do a bit of urbex or scouting at the least.

If I get time, I'll try and follow up with Titan. I'm sure it's not just a "permissions" problem to a single php file. 403 errors in themselves can mean lots of things including changed library/file locations etc...

I'm sure if it were that easy Titan would have fixed this ages ago.

That's another reason why I didn't get involved :)

On the flipside, we'll also get new members again. The downside are many - possibility of more lurkers and probably tubby trying to rejoin as someone else. That is another side project we will need to work on fixing.
