Was discussing this was Aydun the other day. The Iron mt (deliberate abbr.) thing pretty much amounts to corporate espionage on a huge scale - in fact it's probably impossible to quantify. Lots of data that could even be used for things like litigations, mergers and stuff. Plus you are dealing with "Uncle Sam" and all of his big corporates. Look at what's happening as a result of wikileaks. So I can understand the heavy-handed approach.

I've never liked the term "urban hacking" as hacking implys breaking in, something which I personally avoid doing, but eh, each to their own.
